We here at Harley-Davidson & Buell of Dothan have several core values that we hold dear. These are a belief in God, the inherent honesty of people, and the American way of life. In today's society some of these have gone by the wayside. But, we still believe in their worth.

We presently sell our motorcycles for MSRP and our parts, accessories, and Motor clothes are all sold according to Harley-Davidson’s recommended price. We don’t escalate our prices and then give you a discount as we consider this practice inconsistent with our sense of fair play. We conduct many sales opportunities throughout the year and hence don’t offer a HOG discount.

Several years ago, we became a participant in the Harley-Davidson E-Commerce program. This allowed us to provide better customer service in that it allows us to reach out to those who for whatever reason cannot get into the dealership. It is not, nor was it designed to be, a discount Internet buying service. We are by choice a full service brick and mortar business. Our goal is simple, to provide the enthusiast with a premium product, at a reasonable price, with superior customer service. We will provide top-notch customer service, warranty service in accordance with our franchise requirements, and if necessary…go to the extra mile to stand by any products that are purchased from us or through our E-Commerce site.

We will gladly install any parts and accessories that a customer purchased outside of the dealership, providing they are specific to the motorcycle and safe. However, before you decide to buy, consider the following.

In an ongoing attempt to make our customer service second to none, we have implemented the following. For all Genuine Parts and Accessories that are purchased and installed by our dealership, we will extend the thirty or ninety-day factory warranty for an additional period, for a total of one year. This includes parts and labor. Parts purchased over the counter at this dealership will still carry the standard Harley-Davidson warranty of either a thirty or ninety day warranty depending on the item.

We ask that you become our friends as well as customers. We encourage you to join and support the local HOG chapter, to partake of the chapter events and rides, and to volunteer your fair share. We want to provide superior customer service so that you to speak well of the dealership. And if you can’t, we want you to come and see us face to face so we can resolve our differences.
